A full circle Brand Identity project for FILD— An online recruiting platform looking to appeal to a younger generation.
In addition to the Brand Identity, strategy and voice, we produced all new content to accompany the concept of “Filling a seat”:
Employers, Fill a seat.
Candidates, Find a seat.
Recruiters, Take a seat.
The Photography concept was to use the bold new color palette as a background and to photograph a variety of individuals who may be interviewing for a job. The result is a playful and memorable look unlike any other recruiting firm. Our goal was to stand out and to set the stage for a new approach to recruiting.
The website is simple, direct and playful. It will be expanded upon as they grow to incorporate a directory of recruiters.
